These wheels have been refinished in silver, but the lips have not been prepped properly which has left them a little scabby looking under the fresh paint. I cant described them as refurbished although they have been freshly and uniformly repainted, but im pricing these to allow you to have them redone yourself if you want them like new, or use as is and pocket the savings over a mint set.
